2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

All editorial content, trademarks, logos, and visual design assets displayed on this website are the proprietary property of BKR Group Consulting LLC unless otherwise indicated.

Client Deliverable Ownership: For contracted client projects, upon full settlement of project milestone invoices, the client receives 100% of all title, copyright, and intellectual property in custom code, repository commits, and custom assets developed specifically for their deliverable, as detailed in the relevant Statement of Work.

3. Use of Website & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the security, operation, or performance of this website.
• Submit fraudulent, abusive, or spam communications through our proposal or inquiry forms.
• Attempt unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or reverse-engineering of non-public endpoints without prior written authorization.
