How quickly will I receive a proposal after submitting this form?
Our senior engineering team reviews all incoming specifications within 1 business day. We will reply with an initial architectural assessment, scope clarification questions, or an itemized fixed-scope sprint proposal.
Can we sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing details?
Absolutely. We regularly sign mutual NDAs before reviewing proprietary documentation, codebase repositories, or technical architecture diagrams. You can request an NDA in your message or email us directly.
What if our project scope is not fully defined yet?
That is completely normal. We frequently conduct a 1–2 week Discovery & Architecture sprint where we help define user stories, map database schemas, and create fixed sprint milestones before building.
How are milestone payments structured?
We keep billing transparent and predictable. For fixed-scope projects, payments are tied directly to agreed milestones (e.g. 50% deposit, 50% upon final staging signoff). For ongoing retainers, billing is structured on a predictable month-to-month basis with zero lock-in.
Who will be my point of contact throughout the project?
You will communicate directly with the senior full-stack engineer leading your project. We do not use non-technical middle managers or sales reps after project kickoff.
